Job Description:
You will architect the growth flywheel for a stealth-stage media infrastructure platform. As the first dedicated growth hire you will sit at the intersection of performance marketing organic loops and product-led growth. Your work will directly define how the next generation of culture is consumed and distributed globally.

Location: Mumbai India

What you will do:

• Lead full-funnel strategy across user acquisition activation and retention to drive sustainable unit economics.

• Manage performance marketing budgets across Meta and Google while leveraging creative trends to drive organic virality.

• Establish data tracking and cohort analysis to identify Aha! moments and optimize the user lifecycle.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2-4 years of experience in the video streaming (OTT) or consumer media sector with a focus on retention.

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of content algorithms and the mechanics behind why media goes viral.

• Possesses a growth generalist mindset equally skilled in technical ad auditing and creative brainstorming.
