Summary:

This role is critical in driving high-impact hiring for leadership and specialized lateral positions ensuring a continuous pipeline of top-tier talent. Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialized lateral hires across ITES/BPS domains.
- Leverage deep domain knowledge in BFSI Analytics SCM Healthcare and related fields to identify engage and assess senior-level candidates.
- Own strategic account delivery by collaborating with senior stakeholders to forecast talent needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Drive high conversion rates by managing complex salary negotiations and effectively countering competitive offers.

Requirements
