Job Summary
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialized lateral hires across ITES/BPS domains.
- Leverage deep domain knowledge in BFSI Analytics SCM Healthcare and related fields to identify engage and assess senior-level candidates.
- Own strategic account delivery by collaborating with senior stakeholders to forecast talent needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Drive high conversion rates by managing complex salary negotiations and effectively countering competitive offers.
- Monitor national hiring trends compensation benchmarks and remote-work preferences to inform strategic sourcing decisions and maintain organizational competitiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably within ITES/BPS BFSI or related high-growth verticals.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing leadership-level and specialized lateral hires.
- In-depth understanding of key BPS domains including BFSI Analytics SCM and Healthcare.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of improving joining ratios.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple delivery centers with a focus on strategic talent planning.
