- Establish manage and nurture client relationships

- Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 new clients per quarter for recruitment business

- Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing screening and submission are met by the recruitment team
|
- Drive recruitment processes including screening quality checks conversions client feedback interview coordination and closure
|
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to process compliance and operational efficiency
|
- Handle both client hiring and internal hiring requirements end-to-end
|
- Manage escalations reporting weekly MIS hiring trackers and closure analytics
|
- Work closely with management on expansion roadmap hiring strategy and new business onboarding
|
- No calling or searching required personallybut must ensure the team executes efficiently
