What your day will look like
You wont start your day with paperwork youll start with people and movement.
A typical day may include:
- Preparing recruitment packages for new hiring requests (job requirements job posts outreach templates).
- Publishing job posts and supporting ongoing hiring campaigns.
- Managing candidate data pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition members with sourcing lists and outreach execution.
- Coordinating interviews follow-ups and daily recruitment operations.
- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks in the hiring process.
You are the engine behind the recruitment machine when things run smoothly its because youre there.

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Familiar with ATS or recruitment systems (preferred).
- Proactive structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable supporting fast-moving recruitment teams
- Curious about how recruitment systems and workflows really work
- Willing to learn improve and grow beyond task execution
You dont need to know everything on day one but you must be willing to figure things out and move fast.
