Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
1. HR Strategy Development
- Develop medium- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business directions at each stage.
- Advise the Board of Directors on organizational structure HR planning HR budget and compensation policies.
- Establish and manage the companys overall KPI system.
2. Recruitment & Talent Development
- Create recruitment plans for each development phase.
- Standardize recruitment processes competency frameworks and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to recruit the right people at the right time.
- Build career progression paths and successor plans for each position.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Develop and manage salary bonus and welfare policies on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Create salary scales and HR budgets that ensure competitiveness fairness and sustainability.
- Manage KPI bonuses annual bonuses and holiday bonuses.
4. Labor Relations & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law and related regulations.
- Manage labor contracts internal regulations policies and labor disputes (if any).
- Serve as the point of contact with relevant authorities when needed.
5. Corporate Culture
- Build and implement corporate culture.
- Exemplify the organizations cultural values.
- Handle internal communications promote employee engagement and organize company events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- 58 years of HR experience including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in retail is an advantage particularly managing HR for store chains and startup environments.
- Confidential honest and impartial.
- Strong communication and inspirational skills.
- Strategic thinking and creativity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive high pressure tolerance.
- Flexible and willing to support after-hours activities.
- Disciplined proactive and resilient under pressure.
