HR Payroll Executive
Location: Padivattom Ernakulam
Salary: 25000 to 35000 per month
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Indian Payroll Experience Required)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing
- Managing payroll for 300 employees
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF ESI PT TDS)
- Payroll software and Excel proficiency
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing statutory compliance and deductions.
- Handle PF ESI PT TDS gratuity and other statutory filings.
- Maintain payroll records employee data and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
