The Role
Were seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Account Executive to lead business development in the GTA. This is a pivotal role as it aligns with our national expansion plans and the opening of Radius East! Youll be responsible for selling our full suite of logistics services to new customers then nurturing those relationships to maximize lifetime value.
What Youll Do
Proactively identify pursue and close new business opportunities across warehousing freight fulfillment and value-added services
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in GTA inbound and outbound markets
Manage the accounts you bring inensuring service delivery issue resolution and ongoing upsell opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs
Build strong relationships with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce
Travel to client sites as needed to build face-to-face relationships
What You Bring
5 years of outside B2B sales experience in logistics or supply chain
Strong preference for experience with a non-asset-based 3PL
Proven track record in both hunting (new business development) and farming (account management)
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Energetic driven and eager to grow with a company in expansion mode
Experience with Salesforce is an asset
Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle (car allowance provided)
