About the Job
As an Account Associate you will be integral in supporting the Senior Account Manager and sales team helping with the seamless execution of sales functions on your account(s).You will provide essential support across multiple areas from order and sample management and sales analysis to ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries. This role demands strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Sales Support: Provide proactive support to the Sr. Account Manager and broader sales team with an all hands on deck mindset to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Assist in the execution of sales plans account strategies and ongoing initiatives that contribute to overall account performance. This role requires strong prioritization skills the ability to multitask effectively and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment.
Day-to-Day Account Management:Manage account documentation item setup inbound inventory and orderbook management. Support your teams go-to-market activities including sell-in and pre-strategy meetings.
Order Management: Manage pre-season order entry and planned unit maintenance while ensuring all account-specific product requirementsincluding sizing toolsare met to support on-time accurate deliveries and seamless order flow with minimal chargebacks. Proactively troubleshoot internal and external customer order issues and credit challenges to maintain smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sample & Product Management:End-to-end ownership of in-season and pre-season sample lines including ordering unpacking logging tagging and internal/external distribution.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:Create weekly monthly quarterly and seasonal sales and shipping reports and analysis to track and communicate business performance with the goal of turning analysis into clear action items designed to drive the business.
Relationship Building:Develop strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders supporting cross-functional initiatives and account-specific needs.
Marketplace Learning: Immerse yourself in the retail and fashion industry staying informed on trends the customer the competition retail pricing our product floor layouts and conducting site audits.
About You
Experience: 2 years of experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or similar consumer packaged goods industry with a focus on sales merchandising or retail support functions. Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Technologically Skilled:Proficient in MS Office applications particularly strong Excel skills (V-Lookup Pivot Tables) and comfortable learning new technologies new systems and reporting tools.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Markham Ontario headquarters. You will be expected in office 2 days per week typically Tuesday-Wednesday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $62000-$83000 CAD per may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
