Position Title: Account Management Executive (Sales Support)
Working Location: Central Marymount
Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 AWS Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales enquiries prepare and present quotations
Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships
Follow up on cold calls and potential leads to drive sales and achieve targets
Prepare and submit month-end sales reports

Min. O level
Min. 1 year of related experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
Experience in account management / Sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred
Primarily responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts (farmer role)
Possess class 3 license is a plus
Company car will be provided for client visits when required (not on a frequent basis)
