About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a sharp agile and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Hotels Supply Operations this role you will be the bridge between our Business Development Managers and our platform ensuring that every newly contracted hotel partner is onboarded seamlessly and goes live with premium quality.

This is an end-to-end execution role that demands high ownership. You arent just uploading data; you are responsible for the Final Handshakeensuring that from the moment a contract is signed the property is activated on ixigo with perfect content accurate pricing and zero friction. You will support the BDMs in meeting partners when required collecting necessary documentation and navigating the operational hurdles to maintain a lightning-fast Speed-to-Market.

1. Seamless Partner Onboarding

  • Document Management: Coordinate with hotel partners and BDMs to collect and verify all necessary KYC legal and commercial documentation.

  • Profile Creation: End-to-end responsibility for setting up hotel profiles on the ixigo extranet/CMS ensuring all data points (policies taxes amenities) are accurate.

  • Go-Live Execution: Drive the property through the internal pipeline to ensure it goes live within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).

2. Content Excellence & Quality Control

  • Visual Merchandising: Curate and upload high-quality property photos and descriptions that entice ixigo travellers.

  • Accuracy Audit: Perform rigorous quality checks on listings to ensure room types rates and inventory settings are correctly mapped.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting any technical or operational issues during the onboarding phase.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • BDM Support: Work closely with Business Development Managers to streamline the pipeline and provide updates on property activation status.

  • Partner Relationship: Meet or call hotel partners to assist them in navigating our platform and ensuring they understand how to manage their ixigo listing effectively.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor listings to ensure our content and presentation are always superior.

  • Booking Issue: ensure all the bookings are confirmed and address for any issues related to booking

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in Supply Operations Listing Management or Business Development within the OTA or Hospitality industry.

  • Industry Understanding: A clear grasp of how hotel distribution works (OTA extranets inventory management and content standards).

  • Agility & Ownership: A get-things-done mindset with the ability to manage multiple property on-boardings simultaneously without compromising on detail.

  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with CMS tools CRM software and Excel for data tracking.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external hotel partners.

Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Hospitality or Business Management background is a plus).

Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access use or disclosure and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organizations ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
