Job Summary

Executive Assistant

Are you a highly organized proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment Were looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while managing office operations employee engagement and client experience initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution from keeping the office running smoothly to creating a welcoming engaging workplace culture.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage executive calendars meetings travel and expense reporting
  • Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure seamless offboarding
  • Oversee daily office operations vendor relationships IT coordination and workspace setup
  • Plan team events recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate client partner and community appreciation activities
  • Maintain office budgets PTO tracking and key records

What Were Looking For:

  • 35 years supporting executives
  • Experience managing office operations preferred
  • Exceptional organizational communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional presence with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems
