Job Summary

Executive Assistant
Are you a highly organized proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment Were looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while managing office operations employee engagement and client experience initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution from keeping the office running smoothly to creating a welcoming engaging workplace culture.

What Youll Do:

Manage executive calendars meetings travel and expense reporting
Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure seamless offboarding
Oversee daily office operations vendor relationships IT coordination and workspace setup
Plan team events recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate client partner and community appreciation activities
Maintain office budgets PTO tracking and key records

What Were Looking For:

35 years supporting executives
Experience managing office operations preferred
Exceptional organizational communication and multitasking skills
Professional presence with the ability to handle confidential information
Proactive detail-oriented and resourceful
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems
