MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our exceptional team of therapy professionals! We are looking for a passionate and dedicatedSpeech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)to join our growingmulti-disciplinary teamand help usReveal the Super in Every Child (and therapist)!
The DearbornMetroEHSclinic is one of our newestbuildings recently remodeled to have expansive therapy gyms treatment roomsand staff areas giving our Superheroes plenty of space to move and explore as they learn and grow!The Dearborn clinic islocatedclose to manyhighwaysmaking it an easy commute for many!
AtMetroEHSwe take pride in our Clinical Fellowship mentorship program and all CFs have an experienced SLP assigned as their mentor access to our team of SLPs who have experience in all areas of the profession and regular individual and team learning opportunitiesto support our CFs through their first year of practice!

Your Impact
As a Speech-Language Pathologist atMetroEHSPediatric Therapy you will:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improvereceptive/expressive language articulation fluency voice and swallowing disorders.
Utilize play-based andculturally responsiveinterventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
Collaborate with families and caregiversequipping them with home-based techniquesfor continued progress.
Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each childs needs.
Maintaindetailed clinical records and documentationasrequired.
Participate inclinical meetings professional development and research opportunities.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)
State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
We do notparticipatewith Medicare partBtherefore we can readily accept Clinical Fellows
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Active & Engaged Work Kneelingbendingand playing at ground level.
Hands-On Support Lifting up to50lbsmay berequired.
Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings.
Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Schedule
MondayFriday typically 9am-6pm
No nights or weekends
Compensation
Annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
Potential to earnadditionalcompensationinproductivity bonuses.
Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2500 (paid in two installments with a two-year commitment)
