Job Summary

I. Mục tiêu vị trí

  • Suppliers Acquisition:

    • Identify pitch and onboard new travel partners through field visits networking and local market intelligence.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts aligned with Vinpearls pricing and brand standards.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners.
    • Act as the point of contact for partner queries until handover to the Operations team.

    Market Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop local market strategies and contribute to national business growth targets.
    • Analyze market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.

    Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations Revenue Management Legal Finance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and property go-live.
    • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure quality compliance post-onboarding.

    Reporting & Data Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
    • Provide timely reports and performance updates to the leadership team.

II. Yêu cầu:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Hospitality or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Hotel Acquisition (preferably in hospitality or real estate).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Understanding of the local hospitality landscape in Vietnam.
  • Highly motivated self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
