Job Summary
Procurement Executive Director Global Technology
Lead corporate procurement for a global companys technology teams.
You Will Get To:
- Lead mentor and grow your global procurement team with an eye towards internal promotions
- Source and select the right mix of local regional and global suppliers for software hardware and technology consulting services
- Continually evaluate suppliers against SLAs including pricing quality timeliness and overall delivery
- Serve as a true partner with all internal business units coordinating efforts towards a common goal
- Enforce procurement requirements
- Drive efficiency through review of existing processes. Identify areas for efficiency gains and propose new processes where where needed
The Well Qualified Candidate Will Have:
- 10 years GLOBAL supply chain / procurement for TECHNOLOGY for a global company including strong experience interfacing with different cultures
- Management level references
- Excellent supplier contract negotiation skills with different cultures
- Experienced at creating reports and dashboards to properly understand company spend and to identify options for better pricing efficiencies and overall value
- Passport ready for international travel as needed
- Demonstrably strong organizational and project management skills
