Vacancy Requirements:

  • University degree in HR or equivalent ;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Fluency in Greek and English both in verbal and written;
  • Professionalism and able to work under strict reporting deadlines;

Duties

  • Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process including job specifications sourcing applicants conducting interviews preparing offers & contracts;
  • Managing induction of new employees and the exit of leavers including conducting exit interviews;
  • Coordinating the Summer Internship Program including sourcing applicants conducting interviews and managing induction of interns;
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies & procedures as well as maintaining local HR policies as legislation requires;
  • Preparing and updating the Staff Handbook and HR Manual;
  • Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and procedures;
  • Developing and updating the performance appraisal forms and coordinating the appraisal process with Line Managers and Partners;
  • Assisting with the training/seminar procedures for employees;
  • Arranging and reviewing medical insurance plan;
  • Being responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety measures in the workplace;
  • Resolving job-related issues and queries of staff on a daily basis;
  • Communicating the HR practises for employee engagement and satisfaction (e.g. Employee satisfaction questionnaire employee benefits etc.);
  • Maintaining and promoting a positive working environment;
  • Liaising with professional bodies (Colleges Universities) in regard to ACCA Trainees and monitoring and updating records for the ACCA courses;
