We are seeking a Junior-to-Mid Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO to execute impactful strategies across both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Social Media Management: Create schedule and manage content to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing actionable insights.
Website Management & SEO: Maintain and update the firms website using WordPress; ensure SEO-optimized content and track performance via Google Analytics and Google Console.
Schedule and manage content creation including non-technical articles (biographies press releases announcements); coordinate with content writers lawyers consultants and online platforms (eg. Lexology Mondaq Telegram etc.).
Manage newsletters: content creation distribution and engagement tracking.
Support events promotions and other marketing initiatives.
Attend seminars and workshops for continuous professional development.
Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated marketing content.
Ensure all marketing materials are accurate relevant and clear following company guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
12 years of marketing experience preferably in professional services or similar industries.
Basic familiarity with tools such as WordPress Google Analytics Hootsuite and Mailchimp; full expertise is not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek; Russian is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads Google Console Canva) and AI-powered marketing tools; willingness to learn and leverage AI is encouraged.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (project management tools) is a plus.
Creative proactive and detail-oriented with a strong interest in both digital and traditional marketing.
