VIP Casino Manager Limassol Cyprus (On-site)

A Limassol-based iGaming services company with over 10 years experience is looking for a VIP Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-value casino players across multiple brands. This is a hands-on commercially driven role youll be the primary relationship holder for VIP players responsible for increasing deposits retention and lifetime value through proactive engagement and tailored campaigns. We are a Limassol-based iGaming services company with over a decade of experience providing customer retention and back-office support to online casino and gaming brands. We work behind the scenes across multiple brands and jurisdictions building long-term player relationships and driving commercial performance.

Your Role

As VIP Manager you will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of high-value casino players across multiple brands. Your focus is straightforward: grow deposits increase retention and maximise player lifetime value through proactive relationship management targeted campaigns and a sharp commercial instinct.

This is not a reactive customer service role. You are expected to hunt not wait identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities reactivating dormant players and creating engagement strategies that drive measurable results.

What Youll Do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players across multiple casino brands.
  • Drive portfolio growth by increasing deposits retention and player lifetime value.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with VIP players through personalised communication.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Plan execute and manage targeted VIP campaigns promotions and incentives.
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance and player behaviour to assess impact and ROI.
  • Reactivate dormant or declining VIP players using tailored engagement strategies.
  • Handle VIP player requests issues and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams CRM Payments Risk Compliance Marketing to optimise the player experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions and portfolio performance.
  • Ensure all activities comply with responsible gambling AML and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

  • Native-level English spoken and written with a strong understanding of tone nuance and idiomatic expression.
  • Proven experience managing VIP or high-value clients ideally within iGaming casino or a similar high-touch environment.
  • A hunter mentality strong commercial drive results-oriented and proactive rather than reactive.
  • Strong lateral and critical thinking skills with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence able to adapt communication style to different personalities.
  • Strong organisational skills comfortable managing multiple players campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident working with KPIs performance metrics and portfolio analysis.

Desirable

  • Experience working with multiple brands or jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and VIP management platforms.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift basis including evenings occasional weekends and night shifts. You must be flexible and able to deliver a consistently high level of service across all assigned shifts ensuring uninterrupted VIP coverage.

Limassol Cyprus on-site.

Salary: Base salary up to 1900 - 2000 Euros Gross (Monthly) commissions shift premiums.
