Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant

What youll do
- Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing electrical HVAC support) and safety checks.
- Support projects painting landscaping and curb-appeal upkeep.
- Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
You bring
- Prior maintenance experience (senior living hospitality or property management) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
