Hillside Place our beautiful memory care facility located in Lincoln City OR is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. If you are interested in learning more about this position please submit your application and a member of our team will be in touch soon!
Job Duties:
- Support safe practices infection control and respect for residents rights;
- Coordinate projects maintenance and upkeep with Administrator/Office Manager and home office;
- Ensure compliance with AHJ.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on including but not limited to mechanical plumbing and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to requests for assistance relating to maintenance;
- Provide or coordinate routine grounds maintenance
- Assure that all safety equipment is in proper working order
- Provide finish work surface repair painting
- Assist in planning and implementing large projects.
- Document work in the manner required by home office
- Be willing and able to assist in other departments of the community

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Mon - Fri: 8am - 4:30pm
- On-call as needed
Qualifications and Job Skills:
- Must pass a criminal background check & motor vehicle record check;
- Willing to work nights and weekends as needed for emergencies;
- Must be able to follow safety and OSHA regulations;
- Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep;
- Must have excellent communication skills;
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service;
- Must have computer skills;
- Able to lift push and pull 50 pounds routinely;
- Able to bend stoop twist kneel reach and climb ladders.
