KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- The Area Manager will be responsible for franchisee-related activities for the assigned dealers.
- Will lead the expansion activities manage existing franchisees and add new franchisees as per the organizations expectation.
- Must have a proven track record of achieving sales figures along with good domain knowledge and expertise in the automobile industry.
- Will work closely with regional managers to implement organizational policies and manage daily business operations.
- Will work closely with the ground team to understand dealer issues and continuously report them to managers.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Assign weekly targets & intense monitoring of respective Dealers
- Execute the schemes (planned with SM/ZM) to increase volumes
- Increase walk-ins (x%)
- Improve conversion ratio for the area
- Execute the schemes (planned with SM/ZM) to increase warranty revenue
- Helping Dealer to implement marketing initiatives & monitor the effectiveness
- Ensuring timely collection of Royalty fees
Periodic Dealer account reconciliation
