Role Overview:

As a Customer Support youll be the key point of contact for users supporting them through channels like email chat and social platforms. Whether its account access billing queries or technical troubleshooting your goal is to keep the customer journey smooth and high quality from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly effective support across multiple communication channels

  • Assist with account creation password recovery billing inquiries and identity verification

  • Troubleshoot technical issues accurately and keep users informed throughout the process

  • Deliver a consistent respectful and customer-focused experience in every interaction

  • Log and document cases correctly while following internal procedures and guidelines

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and raise support quality

  • Share insights and suggestions to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
