About the Opportunity

The HR Admin Executive plays a critical role in our business and alongside the Peopleworks Leader provide Business Partners and employees expert knowledge and advice. They are responsible to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties at its core are payroll management visa processing and business licenses. The role is to act as the liaison between HR and employees in Discova ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The HR Admin Executive also supports our daily related activities and assists in coordinating policies processes and relevant documents.

You will be responsible for:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees.
  • Act as one of the HR contact point for Employee questions and daily HR matters.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Support probation review performance review cycles and 1 on 1 tracking.
  • Support payroll social insurance PIT and benefits administration for Employees.
  • Handle office management and admin related tasks.
  • Administer handle HR and Employee related documentation in a professional and confidential manner and filing in correct system and place.
  • Compilation of reports for local government and tax authorities as directed by Peopleworks Leader.
  • Visa and Working permit administration and arrangement for foreign staff.
  • Assist Peopleworks Leader in developing and planning new programs/benefits or other projects that may impact staff cost.
  • Support with internal external events aligned with our values and building a culture of excellence.
  • All other tasks as directed from Peopleworks Leader that are aligned to overall goals of Discova and Peopleworks Department.

About you

The Essentials:

  • Must speak and read English along with local language.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive and proven track record in People & Culture Admin roles.
  • Exposure and understanding of Local Labor laws and how they are reflected in local customs and policies.
  • Experienced working in a multinational setting travel and/or hospitality industry is highly an advantage.
  • Demonstrated partnership with management levels from diverse backgrounds in influencing and coaching.

  • Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers suppliers team members leaders).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
  • Solution focused and great at problem solving.
  • Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and working with systems would be an advantage.
