The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing immediate assistance guiding and assessing customer needs regarding endorsement procedures policy status collections renewals reinstatements online billing claims follow-up or any other type of assistance offered for our products.
This position is part of the Mexico Contact Center team responsible for assisting our customers before and after a claim occurs. Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in accordance with local regulations and AIG guidelines.
In 2024 the General Customer Service Contact Center in Mexico handled approximately 125000 calls.
The main activities of this agent are:
Assisting with claims procedures guiding the customer through the process.
Responds to policy status verification inquiries.
Registers responds to and provides support for claims and assistance requests.
Processes online policy payments.
Provides support and guidance regarding renewals.
Processes and forwards policy data update requests.
Explains the benefits of the product the client is purchasing including policies costs deductibles etc.
