Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Mainframe Testing Support Analyst to provide end-to-end testing support across backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mainframe environments and a proactive approach to resolving environment-related issues that impact client testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end testing support for backend systems ensuring smooth integration and functionality across environments.

Monitor and support file transmissions including performing replay and retransmission of files as needed to maintain data integrity.

Ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently during testing and support operations.

Work closely with QA development and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable test environments.

Note: Upstream and downstream systems outside the defined workflow are out of scope for this role.
