Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NGL Transportation. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to transportation logistics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient logistics services
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical solutions
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software systems

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in technical tools and systems

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in technical support or related roles
  • Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $28 per hour. Employees will also receive benefits such as healthcare coverage retirement plans and opportunities for career growth within the company.
