Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NGL Transportation. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to transportation logistics
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient logistics services
Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical solutions
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software systems

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in technical tools and systems

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in technical support or related roles
Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
