We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NGL Transportation. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to transportation logistics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient logistics services
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical solutions
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software systems
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in technical tools and systems
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in technical support or related roles
- Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
