Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees in person or remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices.
- Install and configure computer systems networks printers and peripherals.
- Maintain IT inventory and keep accurate records of equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of software applications.
- Ensure data security and privacy of company information.
- Collaborate with IT team members on various projects and initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role.
- Experience with network setup and maintenance.
- Certifications in ITIL CompTIA or similar are a plus.
- Experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment.
