Job Summary

Job Description: IT Support at Ubuildit

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees in person or remotely.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices.
Install and configure computer systems networks printers and peripherals.
Maintain IT inventory and keep accurate records of equipment.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of software applications.
Ensure data security and privacy of company information.
Collaborate with IT team members on various projects and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role.
Experience with network setup and maintenance.
Certifications in ITIL CompTIA or similar are a plus.
Experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment.
