Position: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: Sunnyvale CA 94085

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Shift: Day Shift

Summary:

The Associate Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing laboratory operations by performing image reviews operating robotic equipment loading and unloading equipment and packaging products within a controlled manufacturing environment while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Execute daily production schedules including changeovers image reviews and packaging using manual and automated processes
Operate robotic and manufacturing equipment
Load and unload equipment and package finished products
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices
Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on a daily basis
Understand and carry out written oral and diagram-based instructions
Communicate production status and updates to department Leads and Supervisors
Maintain compliance with safety requirements and PPE guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

1 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow SOPs and good documentation practices
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
Physical ability to stand walk lift reach stoop kneel crouch and handle equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules

Desired Skills

College degree
Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing equipment
Experience working in regulated or lab-based manufacturing environments
Familiarity with PPE safety assessments and job safety analysis (JSA) procedures
