Position: Associate Manufacturing Technician
Location: Sunnyvale CA 94085

Summary:
  • The Associate Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing laboratory operations by performing image reviews operating robotic equipment loading and unloading equipment and packaging products within a controlled manufacturing environment while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Execute daily production schedules including changeovers image reviews and packaging using manual and automated processes
  • Operate robotic and manufacturing equipment
  • Load and unload equipment and package finished products
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices
  • Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on a daily basis
  • Understand and carry out written oral and diagram-based instructions
  • Communicate production status and updates to department Leads and Supervisors
  • Maintain compliance with safety requirements and PPE guidelines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • 1 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow SOPs and good documentation practices
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
  • Physical ability to stand walk lift reach stoop kneel crouch and handle equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules
Desired Skills
  • College degree
  • Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing equipment
  • Experience working in regulated or lab-based manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with PPE safety assessments and job safety analysis (JSA) procedures
