Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a Copilot Studio Manager to design build and manage enterprise conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This role focuses on creating business copilots workflow automation and secure integrations with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Architect and implement integrations with backend systems using APIs Azure Functions Dataverse and third-party services.
Build automation workflows using Power Automate and extend solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.
Apply prompt engineering and generative AI best practices to deliver accurate and responsible AI responses.
Ensure security governance and compliance using Microsoft Entra ID and Power Platform DLP policies.
Support ALM activities including solution packaging versioning and deployments across environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs webhooks and system integrations.
Proficiency in OpenAI/Gen AI; working knowledge of Python or TypeScript is a plus.
Understanding of LLMs prompt engineering and responsible AI principles.
