Job Summary

Qualification: BE / / ME / in Computer Science IT or related fields.
At least 12 years of experience leading IT development teams.
Strong technical knowhow in the domain areas we operate in.
Understand tools used in application and product lifecycle management.
Knowledge in SAP/Salesforce will be a plus.
Good understanding of application deployment monitoring and support is a plus.
Experience in leading Engineering IT teams.
Experience in handling matrixed organizations.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and customer stakeholders.
Experience in SAFe Agile transformation.
Experience in handling IT vendors and service providers will be a plus.
Ability to travel internationally 10% - 20% of the time.
