Job Summary
Reporting to the Customer Care Division Manager the HVAC Team Leader will be expected to lead the respective HVAC Section. The selected candidate will be required to service and repair HVAC equipment as well as provide support to subordinates on all technical aspects.
Qualifications :
The selected applicant will:
- Be qualified at MCAST Diploma Highest Level in HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) or equivalent;
- Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Be computer conversant in the use of Microsoft applications;
- Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative;
- Have an excellent command of English and Maltese;
- Have well developed organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to work under pressure in meeting defined deadlines;
- Work at high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
