- Act as the day-to-day lead for the Academy and first point of contact for Academy Trainers and internal departments.
- Coordinate and manage Academy administration including:
- Training group scheduling
- Trainee feedback reporting
- Trainee profiles and documentation updates
- Weekly survey and performance reporting
- Track analyze and report Academy results and KPIs
- Coach mentor and develop Academy Trainers through regular feedback observations and 1:1 session
- Monitor trainer performance and identify development areas and performance gaps
- Support Floor Management and Academy KPIs by ensuring high-quality training delivery
- Work on a shift-based contract to support operational needs across Qormi and FBC
- Deliver training sessions and take over training groups during periods of high Academy demand
- Ensure continuous communication flow between Trainers Academy management and other departments
- Foster a safe professional and supportive working environment
- Support ongoing evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by business needs

Qualifications :
- Degree-level qualification in Psychology Education and leadership is considered an asset
- 23 years of experience as a trainer in Evolution Academy or a similar role
- Proven experience in coaching performance management or people development
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Goal-oriented with the ability to perform under time pressure
- Product knowledge and industry experience are required
- Fluency in additional languages (Swedish Danish Finnish Norwegian German Italian Japanese and/or Korean) is considered an asset
