Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian/Swedish Retention Team Leader to manage motivate and drive the performance of a team of Account Managers within a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement call and campaign strategies as directed by the Shift Manager.
Motivate and guide Account Managers to achieve business targets in line with regulatory requirements.
Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the Account Management team.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity across the team.
Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily and monthly objectives.
Monitor communication between Account Managers and Clients ensuring appropriate training is provided when required.

Direct Client Communication:

Provide clients with accurate information regarding the companys trading platform products and services.
Offer technical assistance including support with deposits and withdrawals.
Maintain a positive client experience and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Meet or exceed the companys strategic objectives within the scope of the relevant license(s).
Work with specialized CRM and client service software ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Attend ongoing training and development sessions related to client services.
Report any suspicious client behavior or transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer.

Requirements Experience & Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven people management and leadership abilities.
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role or within a relevant industry.
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure within a target-oriented setting.
Capable of working both independently and within a team.
Fluent in Italian or Swedish.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Willingness to successfully complete any required local regulatory certification.
