Specialist 3, Operations Training

• In-charge of Operation Training function responsible for Production Operators training certification and recertification.
• Administration of OTS (Online Training System).
• Support NHO (New Hire Orientation).
• Company event photo and video.
• Coordinate technical training with SMEs
• Production CCTV camera set up for production
• Product flow control with CIM.
• Internal De-labeling logistic and reject criteria.
• Laser barcode cassette implementation.
• Weekly Stability Index data input for UPH WIP on-hold WIP% sputter starts qty and WIP DOS.
• Production headcount algo simulations

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Electronic Mechanical Industrial Production Engineering or any related fields.
• Minimum 5- 10 years experience in EMS or electronics and related field.
• Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives
• Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.

PREFERRED:

• Experienced on Lean Manufacturing Kaizen 6 Sigma (green belt) FMEA & PMP is preferred
• Good analytical skills positive personality and takes initiative 
• Proactive in teamwork and independent work
• Having audit experience is an added advantage
