Key Responsibilities
- Develop coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and challenges across all Business unit for app website CRM and paid/owned external channels.
- Ensure all campaign assets content and deals are uploaded accurately and on time.
- Support onsite scheduling and placement of marketing assets to maximize visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from Commercial Sales Ops GDs to align strategies and execution.
- Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support partnership initiatives and cross-market coordination when required.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Support daily marketing operations coordination and maintain internal documentation trackers and schedules.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Essentials to Succeed
- 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or operations preferably in digital tech or e-commerce environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Able to support ANZ time zone
