RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct contract renewals with assigned clients and drive cross and upsell for existing accounts. Maintain excellent customer relationship and for new revenue opportunities.
- Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of customers industry/business/markets/clusters.
- Expand customer network to identify new stakeholders within assigned clients. Partner with Strategic Analytics & Insights Team to provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Partner with Customer Success & Customer Service and other relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
- Own overall RMS & SA&I target/quota for given portfolio. Take the initiative to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. Secure healthy pipeline to reach to target accurate forecasting and be responsible of cash Collection for their account portfolio.
- Collect analyze act-on and escalade as appropriate Voice of Customer feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 5-7 years of related experience
- FMCG Sector Experience or agency experience is desired analytical skills are required and NIQ Panel data usage experience is a plus (using Discover)
- Microsoft Office PowerBI Microsoft Dynamics (or similar) experience is required
- Interested in learning being agile
- Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scope
- Solid understanding of data analytics industry business model products services and solutions.
- Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers
- Fluent in English language
