Were now looking for a Product & Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of product strategy go-to-market execution and operational coordination working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
The Role
As Product & Operations Manager you will be the connective tissue between Product Marketing Sales and IT. Your mission is to turn strategy into execution: shaping product direction translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring teams move in sync.
Youll work directly with the CEO and team leads on:
- Product strategy and roadmap prioritisation
- Pricing models and simulations
- Product positioning and go-to-market strategies
This is a hands-on high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys clarity ownership and cross-functional problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the CEO to define and evolve product strategy positioning and roadmap
- Support pricing strategy through pricing simulations scenario modelling and competitive analysis
- Translate product strategy into clear execution plans across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the main coordination point between Marketing Sales and IT
- Ensure product initiatives are aligned with go-to-market priorities
- Gather and synthesise feedback from Sales Marketing and customers into actionable product insights
Product Operations & Delivery
- Own the product backlog and work closely with the IT team to deliver features on time
- Write clear structured requirements and tasks for the IT team using Gherkin-style user stories (Given / When / Then)
- Manage workflows and tickets in Jira ensuring clarity prioritisation and accountability
- Track delivery progress and proactively unblock issues
Go-To-Market Support
- Collaborate with Marketing on product messaging and launch plans
- Support Sales with product enablement pricing logic and positioning
- Ensure new features are clearly documented and internally communicated
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 5 years of experience in Product Management Product Operations or Operations roles
- Prior experience in FinTech HR Tech or a recruitment agency
- Proven experience coordinating technical and non-technical teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira
- Demonstrated ability to write Gherkin-style requirements for engineering teams
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have / Strong Advantage
Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
Experience working in a scale-up or mid-sized company
Familiarity with global workforce platforms payments or compliance-heavy products
