We are strategically expanding across Eurasia and we are looking for a high-energy Country Manager to establish and lead our physical presence in Istanbul. The Mission
You will be the architect of our Turkish operations. As the Country Manager you will oversee the setup of our Istanbul office serving as the bridge between our innovative AI platform and a rapidly growing local client base. This is a role for a leader who values independence and high financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage the establishment and daily operations of the Istanbul regional office (100% funded by Assetara Limited).
- Expert AI Consultancy: Guide and train clients on how to maximize their success using our AI-based financial analytics and trading bot.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct professional in-person consultations and virtual Zoom sessions to build a robust regional network.
- Local Brand Awareness: Coordinate with local printing services for branded materials and distribute promotional content to grow the brands presence.
- Networking: Build and manage a high-performance referral network using our advanced commission structure.
Who You Are
- You are passionate about Fintech AI and Digital Assets.
- You have a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage an office independently.
- You are an excellent communicator fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
- You are a resident of Istanbul with a strong understanding of the local financial landscape.
Compensation & Rewards
- Hard Currency Earnings: All commissions and bonuses are pegged to USD providing stability and high growth potential.
- Uncapped Income: Total monthly earnings typically range from $1000 to $10000 driven by performance.
- Base Salary: A base salary of $500 USD per month (starting from the office launch) plus a premium 8% commission on every client contract.
- Zero Financial Risk: The company covers all expensesincluding office rent in Istanbul marketing materials and professional training.
- Career Growth: Opportunity to lead Assetaras expansion across the Mediterranean and Middle East.
