Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role includes breakfast lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days including weekends and public holidays.
As a valued team member you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:
- Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders
- Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations
- Delivering professional efficient and friendly table service
- Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Breakfast lunch and dinner shifts
- Rotating rosters across Monday through to Sunday
- Full availability required must be available to work weekends
- Split shifts may be required on some days
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender position.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Reliability with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
