Job Summary

Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role includes breakfast lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:

  • Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders
  • Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations
  • Delivering professional efficient and friendly table service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations

Shift Details (subject to change):

  • Breakfast lunch and dinner shifts
  • Rotating rosters across Monday through to Sunday
  • Full availability required must be available to work weekends
  • Split shifts may be required on some days

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

  • A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender position.
  • Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Reliability with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
