Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for enthusiastic service-driven team members to join our newly refurbished property. We have multiple Food & Beverage positions available including Food & Beverage Attendants Assistant Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager across full-time and part-time positions.

About the Venue:

• Newly refurbished upscale hotel food & beverage operation

• Seasonal menu by Chef Gerhard Gerber focused on seasonal NZ produce

Available Positions:

1. Restaurant Manager 

• Full-time predominantly evening shifts
• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations coach and develop the F&B team
• Manage rosters workflow service standards and ensure operational excellence

2. Assistant Bar Manager

• Full-time
• Support daily bar operations lead by example and assist with team training and development
• Oversee stock control beverage ordering compliance and contribute to the cocktail & beverage menu

3. Food & Beverage Attendants

• Full-time & part-time positions available
• Deliver professional friendly table service across breakfast lunch and dinner
• Accurately take and process guest orders demonstrate menu knowledge and exceed guest expectations

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

Were looking for enthusiastic service-focused team members who are passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. All candidates should have:

• A warm approachable and professional attitude
• Relevant experience in your chosen role (waitstaff bar or management)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work across rotating rosters including evenings weekends and public holidays
• Working rights in New Zealand

Role-Specific Preferences:

1. Restaurant Manager:
   Leadership experience knowledge of NZ alcohol service; LCQ / Managers Certificate and Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
    
2. Assistant Bar Manager:
   Leadership experience in a high-end bar or restaurant; strong knowledge of wines cocktails and premium spirits; LCQ / Managers Certificate preferred
    
3. Food & Beverage Attendants:
   Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender role is advantageous
