Job Summary

As a Kitchen Hand youll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will help our chefs create memorable meals by ensuring the kitchen is clean organised and well-stocked at all times.

  • Support kitchen operations through basic food preparation and assisting chefs during busy service periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes/equipment and keeping all kitchen surfaces hygienic and organised.
  • Manage waste by regularly removing rubbish and recycling ensuring disposal areas stay tidy.
  • Help with receiving storing and rotating food and supplies while following all health safety and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Brings a friendly professional attitude with strong communication timemanagement skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Flexible with scheduling available for a rotating 7day roster with early morning or latenight shifts.
  • Understands basic food safety and hygiene practices; previous kitchen or hotel service experience is beneficial but not essential.
