Job Summary
Youll lead the F&B floor like its yours from the coffee machine to the Social Hub energy to the way the team shows up every shift.
Youre not just a barista.
Youre the heartbeat of the space and the leader who lifts the team.
You will:

- Lead support and coach a highenergy team who love what they do
- Craft consistently exceptional coffee with skill speed and style
- Jump across breakfast allday service and Grab & Go with ease
- Keep service sharp pace quality flow and guest connection

Qualifications :
This role is Team Leader first Barista expert always.
We need someone who can guide a team and grind the perfect shot.
You have:
- Strong barista experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet
- Leadership instincts you motivate you dont micromanage
- POS & PMS knowledge desirable
- A calm head quick hands and a guestfirst mindset
- Desirable knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer wine spirits and cocktails
