In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the development and execution of internal communication plans that promote Emersons environmental sustainability initiatives and thought leadership.
- Write compile and edit materials such as blog posts press releases slide decks newsletters and website content to make technical information accessible to broadaudiences.
- Prepare engaging graphical content and videos to support communication campaigns and sustainability programs rolled out by the Global Enterprise Sustainability group.
- Track evaluate and report metrics of success for sustainability communications and engagement activities ensuring data isaccurateand actionable.
- Assistin coordinating Emersons Global Green Teams program supporting the Global Green Teams Network Council to expand the scope and reach of volunteer-based local sustainability organizations.

You have strong communication skills corporate experience and a passion for sustainability. You manage multiple projects effectively analyze information and organize global initiatives. You collaborate well with individuals at all levels and across global regions. You are motivated to grow your career within a dynamic organization that offers opportunities for advancement.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degreein Communications Marketing HR BusinessEnvironmental StudiesorSTEM-related field.
- Minimum35 years of experience in communications or a related field with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strongproficiencyin Office 365 tools including PowerPoint Word SharePoint and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Experience creating and managing newsletters email campaigns and other internal communication materials.
- Ability to compile analytics from multiple sources and turn them into actionable insights.
- Availability to work on a mid-shift schedule to accommodate US working hours.
