Job Summary
Job Description: Webflow Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive user-friendly websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all projects.
- Optimize websites for speed and performance ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices.
- Conduct website audits and user testing as necessary to enhance site functionality.
- Maintain and update existing websites implementing ongoing improvements and new features as needed.
- Manage project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Provide support and training for team members on Webflow and website management best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web design and development particularly within the Webflow ecosystem.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and developing websites on the Webflow platform.
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
Desired Experience:
- 3 years of experience in web design or development with a strong portfolio to showcase previous work.
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is desirable.
- Experience in user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) principles.
