TheRecruitmentSpecialist plays a key role in connecting our clients with high-quality candidates across a range of roles and industries. Working within a fast-paced staffing agency environment this role manages the full recruitment cyclefrom intake and sourcing through offer acceptance while delivering an excellent experience to both clients and candidates.

What We Offer

    • Partner with client companies to understand role requirements hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (briefing sourcing screening interviews offers and handover to onboarding).

    • Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards social media talent databases referrals and networking.

    • Write and post compelling job ads on targeted job boards and social platforms to attract qualified talent.

    • Review and screen CVs/resumes conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidates for skills experience and culture fit.

    • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients with clear concise summaries and recommendations.

    • Coordinate and schedule client interviews gather feedback and guide both clients and candidates through next steps.

    • Support offer management including salary discussions counter-offers and start-date coordination.

    • Maintain accurate up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM ensuring all candidate and job data is logged and compliant.

    • Build and nurture talent pools for recurring and high-volume roles ensuring a strong pipeline for future client needs.

    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on search progress pipelines and market feedback.

    • Stay informed about labor market trends salary benchmarks and sourcing best practices within target geographies and industries.

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional ideally in a staffing/agency setting.

    • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms (job boards LinkedIn social media resume databases).

    • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment workflows.

    • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with both clients and candidates.

    • Strong interviewing screening and candidate assessment capabilities.

    • High level of organization and attention to detail able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.

    • Results-oriented mindset comfortable working with targets KPIs and service-level expectations.

    • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to changing client needs in a fast-paced environment.
