Your Role
Accounts Payable Act as a liaison between teams for supplier invoice processing verify the accuracy of purchase orders receipts and supporting documents follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies.
Client Billing Gather billable items compile them into reports follow up on client responses issue final invoices etc.
Accounts Receivable Tracking Monitor client accounts and payments produce reports on receivables and aging balances etc.
About You
- Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas automation)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of JDE Oracle is an asset
- Detail-oriented organized autonomous team player with strong communication and coordination skills
*More than 80% of the workload is for outside Québec: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French namely English as more than 80% of the workload is intended for clients partners or projects located outside Québec.
