46 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within an Agile/Hybrid development environment
Strong domain experience in Banking and Client Onboarding
Deep understanding of:
- Client Onboarding processes
- KYC (Know Your Customer) frameworks
- Regulatory workflow setup
- Workflow rules and dependency management
Proficiency in:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Data analysis and validation
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to:
- Understand application integrations
- Support external data capture processes
- Analyze downstream reporting systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in application migrations
- Preference for On-Prem to SaaS migrations
Fenergo (FenX) experience Highly Preferred
