Role Overview:
The GROWFast Sales Expert Role is focused on driving the adoption of the GROWFast program across SAPs broader sales teams through a train-the-trainer approach. This role emphasizes enablement education and scaling best practices to ensure widespread adoption of GROWFast methodologies. The role serves as a catalyst for empowering sales teams to independently execute GROWFast strategies and achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement and Training:
    • Act as a train-the-trainer to equip SAP sales teams solution sales value-add teams and partner organizations with the knowledge and tools to adopt and execute GROWFast methodologies effectively.
    • Deliver curated training sessions workshops and enablement materials tailored to the GROWFast program.
  • Program Adoption:
    • Drive field adoption of GROWFast by educating teams on its value proposition positioning and structured approach.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target teams and campaigns for program rollout.
  • Best Practice Development:
    • Develop and scale repeatable best practices for GROWFast implementation across regions and teams.
    • Gather feedback from the field to refine and enhance program strategies.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Inform global solution areas of program successes challenges and innovations to ensure alignment with broader SAP priorities.
    • Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to enhance the GROWFast framework.
  • Pipeline and Demand Management:
    • Support the creation of accretive pipeline indirectly by enabling sales teams and partners to execute GROWFast strategies independently.
  • Driving business impact:
    • Drive higher win probability by bringing competitive insights assets and tools partners to support key deals in partnership with MU sales team.
    • Drive key market making and iconic deals in Market Unit to unblock and accelerate partner with engineering team product marketing and other functions to create scale to achieve public cloud growth and budget targets in market.

  • T3/T4:
    • Accountable for driving program adoption and delivering impactful outcomes across assigned areas of responsibility.
    • Recognized internally for expertise in scaling enablement programs and fostering structured approaches to new business development.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of GROWFast across SAPs sales ecosystem empowering teams to drive growth at scale while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.
