Job Summary

Implements and delivers the sales/business plan through acquiring and retaining accounts and building and strengthening relationships in assigned markets accounts or territories. Works on accounts that are relatively low risk/impact to business.

Principal accountabilities

  • Explore new business opportunities build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners and drive business growth in the region.
  • Grow and deliver pipeline of Clean Air Solution sales opportunities in China.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners and customers in the region and negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical support to customers act as primary technical contact window.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and competition landscape support the marketing strategy execution.
  • Work closely with global functional leaders and business owners to make sure full alignment with global business strategy.
  • Work closely with local functional leaders and peers from other business segments leverage the synergies to maximize the value to JM with one-JM approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies preferably in Marine genset SOFC or stationary emissions control segments.
  • Compelling commercial skillsets with sound customer facing communication skills hunting spirit and growth mindset.
  • Engineering or scientific background in Catalyst industry is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering field an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in English written verbal and presentation.
  • Ability to influence teams and work in a matrix organization.
  • Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently.
  • Good project management and business planning skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically (approx. over 30% of entire workload) and internationally if required.
