VinFast is looking for a Training Manager Dealer Engagement & Incentive Programs to design and manage structured engagement initiatives that strengthen dealer relationships enhance service quality and drive motivation across the dealer network. This role focuses on building long-term connection loyalty and performance through well-designed incentive programs engagement campaigns and dealer-focused activities.
Design implement and manage dealer incentive and engagement programs aligned with VinFasts business and service strategies.
Develop multi-phase and long-term program frameworks (campaign series annual programs recognition cycles) to maintain dealer motivation and participation.
Create programs that connect and engage dealers across regions fostering collaboration and shared best practices within the VinFast dealer network.
Plan and execute dealer team-building activities engagement events and internal competitions to strengthen alignment and teamwork.
Design and manage dealer appreciation and recognition programs including awards ceremonies and communication campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop programs aimed at improving dealer service quality and customer experience.
Define KPIs and success metrics for engagement programs; track effectiveness and continuously optimize program design.
Manage program communication content and execution across multiple channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and consistent program delivery.
Prepare reports insights and recommendations for management.
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Human Resources Marketing Communications or related fields.
Minimum 35 years of experience in:
Training program management or dealer network programs.
Designing and executing dealer incentive engagement or competition programs.
Proven experience in building and managing program series rather than one-off activities.
Hands-on experience in organizing:
Team-building programs
Dealer appreciation / recognition programs
Programs focused on dealer service quality improvement
Strong program design and project management skills.
Ability to create engaging motivating and scalable programs.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Experience working with dealer or distributor networks preferably in automotive or related industries.
Experience in large-scale or fast-growing organizations.
Understanding of customer service excellence frameworks and dealer performance standards.
