The Role (No Fluff)


  • You are not here to make things look good. You are here to turn strategy into demand.
  • Your job is to design and direct creative that:
  • Attracts high-intent investors
  • Converts attention into booked calls
  • Positions Liviti as the authority in property-backed wealth creation
  • Youll sit between founder vision growth targets and execution teams and make sure nothing ships without a strategic reason to exist.
What Youll Actually Do
  • Own Livitis creative strategy end-to-end (social video ads landing pages funnels)
  • Translate business goals into clear creative direction (angles hooks narratives)
  • Design content frameworks for:
  • Investor education
  • Authority & trust-building
  • Lead generation & conversion
  • Work directly with the Founder to:
  • Extract IP POV and conviction
  • Turn raw thinking into scalable content systems
  • Brief guide and ruthlessly improve:
    • Video editors
    • Designers
    • Copywriters
  • Pressure-test creative against:
    • CAC
    • Conversion rates
    • Sales feedback
    • Kill ideas that look good but dont perform

What You Are NOT Doing
  • You are not just posting on Instagram
  • You are not waiting for instructions
  • You are not making aesthetic decisions without business rationale
  • You are not hiding behind vanity metrics


Requirements

Youre a Fit If:

  • Youve built or led creative for high-ticket trust-based offers (finance property SaaS consulting education)
  • You understand direct response as well as brand
  • You can explain why a hook works not just that it does
  • You obsess over:
  • Watch time
  • CTR
  • Lead quality
  • Sales conversion feedback
  • You can challenge a Founder respectfullyand back it with logic and data

Youre NOT a Fit If:

  • You call yourself a content visionary but cant show revenue impact
  • You think trends strategy
  • Youve never worked closely with sales or founders
  • You get defensive when ideas are questioned

Metrics Youll Be Accountable For

  • Cost per lead
  • Lead-to-call conversion
  • Content-driven pipeline
  • Creative velocity (ideas execution learnings)
  • Brand authority consistency across channels
